I have bought an Godrej Green Balance AC in 2013 feb which started giving trouble from the next year.When I contacted godrej they asked for huge price for changing the condenser.Then I contacted a local technician to replace the same but the issue remains the same. Then I contacted godrej and number of times they came but could not fixed that issue. They I contacted to the senior management and then someone came and they found that the problem due to new condenser. So they asked for change of this condenser and also told if they found any issue in compressor they will change that. They also asked price for compression although it was within warranty. Their logic was as I reapired from external technician so warrently is void but didn't find any such clause inside their warrenty card but I agreed and requested not to change any working/sem-working parts(check my attached mail communication dated 27th May) but they refused(mail from godrej on 28 the May).
