sir i have joined in m.tech in jan2015 and paid a fee of 56,000 and later got admitted in my preferred college on march2015.then i went to my mtech college to cancel my seat and get back my certificates.the college was neither returning my certificates nor refunding my fee.please suggest any procedure to get my certificates.please respond asap.pleasee...
