Dear Sir, my baby girl date of birth certificate got wrong entry i requested to VZM municipality for correct the address and father name (im from guntur my wife from vizainagaram baby born in gosha hospital)but they not corrected my address its showing only vizinagaram address only but i have to apply for bangaru talli padhakam in guntur. request you to resolve my problem. ASAP.
