I am an owner of a Hitachi 3 Door Refrigerator. The equipment is out of order since last Tuesday or so. I had registered a complaint with Hitachi Service Centre - Tel no. 03335324848 on 18th June 2015 and was given complaint no. 15061801864. However, till date it has remained unattended. No body has either contacted me or visited my house for attending to the complaint. I am helpless and hence bringing the matter to the attention of this Forum for redressal.
