Consumer Redressal

In my bank saving account with the yes Bank, on 21.06.15, there were 2 debit for 15K and 10k. i checked with the bank they say its withdrawn by ATM card, i told them that i did not use ATM, it is fraud done by the bank, This left me in tension and in agony with fear, as i am 64 yrs old. after regular follow with the bank , after 2 days they informed me that it was bank mistake, but i was depressed and in trauma, if i had not followed with the bank, the bank would have taken my money. please advise can file my complaint in the forum at Thane to punish the Yes bank so that they should not do the same mistake to other people.
