I placed an order for Ubislate (Order no.: PM49A53, on Datawind company, Amritsar) around a year back with advance payment made through a cheque.
In spite of delivery commitments changed (over phone when I called their customer care number), I have not received the ordered product yet.
My request for cancelling the order (via e-mail) and refund to refund@datawind.com were never acknowledged nor any communications for the refund process.
Please advise me, what to do?
