I order for a home gym from shopclues.com on 9 June 2015 which was according to their website to be delivered on 16 June 2015 in jammu. For which tracking number they provided was 43107744 for safexpress. But then I found that this tracking number had shipment for jorhat, Guwahati. I have repeatedly called and mailed to their customer care. But only give false assurances that we are working but have not done anything. I have already paid in full. My order number was 55978715. Ticket number they generated was 3267353
