I have purchased LG company washing machine on 11 June 2015 online by snapdeal and get it delivered on 15.06.2015. Now at the time of installation we are facing some difficulties so we called on LG company toll free number to register demonstration and installation. The Service person replied that, we have to pay for service since we purchase the same online so warranty does not cover. However, warranty is mentioned for 2 years on the shopping portal. Please suggest what to do now. I bought lots of things online. Being a consumer I have paid for the product so I am also entitled to get free service and warranty.
