I had issued a chq no.193142 in favour of SBI CREDIT CARD on Indian Overseas Bank on May 6, 2015 amounting Rs.12000/-.The aforesaid amount has been received by the banking authority on May 11, 2015 and debited from my account.I am suprised to note the amount has not been deducted from the my outstanding bill.I had called up several times in the SBI CREDIT CARD HELPLINE but my problem has not been resolved as yet.Kindly assit.
