Consumer Redressal

A cheque for Rs.6186/- was bounced by me on April'14 meant for an Insurance Co. as the proposed policy was not suitable for me. I was penalised by the Bank for Rs.100/- for the return. Subsequently in the month of August'14, Allahabad Bank,Service Branch, Kolkata, 14, India Exchange Place, Kolkata-700001 has kept the amount on hold to realise the same from my a/c as they mistakenly paid the amount to the Banker of the Insurance Co. On March'15 they have debited the amt from a/c without any intimation to me. Please help me to get the money refund as I think Bank has no right to debit my a/c arbitrarily to compensate their mistake.
