The complaint is against Indian Railway (Central Railway),Mumbai.
I booked a return ticket in waiting list through IRCTC web site for travelling from Patna to Mumbai in Nov.-14 but due to partial confirmation in RAC, the tickets were cancelled before the departure of train through IRCTC. Railway has not refunded the amount till date from Nov.-14. Details of communications are being sent today on your mail id despite several reminders since last 8 months.
