I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am very much disappointed with unprofessional behaviours of Telebrands product which clearly shows pathetic services and very bad dedications towards customer satisfaction,As its almost 1 month over since I requested on 27th Apr\'13 to replace my Defective Air lounge with the new one by personally visiting at Thane office. But still they all are sleeping and just giving me falls promises of delivering the goods, first they told me that the replaced lounge will reach my residence within 10 to 12 days from the date of return. which was a fake promise, as from last 12 days I have called up several times to their customer care but they are not aware about my case just giving me falls replies that we have delivered your product on 13th may\'13 go to ur nearest registered post office to collect the same but 4 times I have visited our Post office But not received any Satisfactory response from them.
