Consumer Redressal

Sir,. I was using Reliance Dongle for which .I have Rs 380/ PM. On their request converted over phone for three month by talking to their customer care by paying on net . But after three month was over , they themselves without my consent started Rs 650/.I asked them several time to close my account but they intentionally for their wrongful gain and wrongful loss to consumer they keep it on in spite of my request over phone.I told them as soon as my account is closed I will pay the amount.but my request gone in vain. Regularly threatening me and my family over phone as well as sending their men at my residence.Now they have sent me a advocate letter to face court case when the bill amount goes up to Rs 2220/- When their credit limit is only 1600/-. I find they are doing intentionally . I have not used the Reliance dongle for which they are charging. PL advice take appropriate action against them.
