Consumer Redressal

I lodged a complaint for my HP system as it is under warranty. I was commited that eng.will come tomorrow and next day engineer called me up and asked me what time he can come to repair the system then i said you can come ryt now but he said i ll be there at 3 p.m. but after 3 i kept trying his fon and he didnt picked up my call. after so many calls to him i called up service center okhla and spoke to Mr.Madhuker and he also commmitted mer the same. now after 3 days he is asking me to wait till monday . Dont Believe such kind of FRAUDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i want them fined as m having loss of 50000 per day for my company.And I complaint them on 23rd May 2013.
