Order numbers : 55777973 & 55777979 I ordered 6 products on 7th of June and the products started delivered after 15th of June. And still 2 products still not delivered. TAT to deliver the products in 5 to 7 working days, but today is 18th of June.Today I called to Chop clues CC they also confirmed me that 5 to 7 working days is the TAT to deliver the products. Supervisor did not assure for the product delivery date, that clearly show that there is no communication between shop clues and courier partner.Because of your internal issue why customer need to suffer. Executive insist to check the track the courier status, every time how customer should check the status the status of the product through your courier partner website. Is it advisable? As per the interaction I checked the courier partner courier tracking website, but its shows only the page not shown screen.Then how could customer know the status. Almost 10 days past, when i will get my product.1. Why the delivery delayed.
