This is regarding order no. :<984130858> with "paytm" online shopping.
complaint no at paytm is Ticket #108607954
I had placed order on 24th of May, 2015. for mobile phone "Karbonn wind W4 - Red"
i received delivery on 31st of May 2015 at 5.00 pm but it was not seal pack when i opened the box of mobile, there was stone instead of mobile handset.
i made a complaint but i didn't get any satisfaction reply from paytm. Now i want my cash back.
i want consumer forum to look into this matter and give me a fair justice.
