Had purchased online from ebay - a pair of usnglases listed for INR 4872. Fake and substandard goods recieved for value of INR 1000/-. after multilple follow up claim registered, goods returned to them.. post return, they kept the goods as weel as the money, claim rejected with no reasons .. they have made life hell... they dont attend calls and emails and do not payback even after taking the good back.. they head office does not attend calls and .. CEO is never in office .. need help desperatly
