The matrimonial service center was booked by me for a bride for my son, Arkoprovo Byne on 132.06.2014 and I paid Rs. 22511.00 for the services. I was told that they would send me six proposals every month for six months. But they have failed
to send any proposal. When I called at there office Mr. Debashis assured me that the money will be returned. But
till date no refund has been made. Now they do not respond my calls. I have sent two letters on 19.12.14 and 22.5.15 besides visits to
their office without result.
