I had purchased Sony Ericsson WT19I Mobile from Sony Outlet Meerut U.P. on 12-02-12. But i was facing problem that when i use my touch keypad to save any name, last digit of that word is being double. So i submit my set to Unique Quality Expert(Auth. Service Center) on 09-02-13, They returned my set on 10-02-12, But problem was same again i submit my set on 12-02-13 Then they returned my set on 01-03-13 but problem was same , and they told me to submit my set after two or three days so i submit my set on 07-03-13 and returned my set on 27-04-13 but again problem was same so i submit my set on the same day, but now they told me this is not a problem this is a function of set i we can`t do anything please receive your set but i did not receive, so my set is in service center.
