Dear sir/Madam, My complent is about tata sky, it has stop transmitting so many channels since it is charging full charges, and it is said by the tatasky that we will change your set of box for free to mpeg4 from mpeg2 technology. and i have made application for the changing set of box 2 times they cancled my first request itself without any reason, and again i made request to change the set of box but yet they have not changed it, since i have paid full money to watch all channels they have not telecasting all channels. and demanding this month recharge. i refused to pay the recharge amount because they have not fulfill their commitment. please considered about my request..
