Consumer Redressal

In May 2014, I had to surrender my Broadband connection against my landline number 22803813 with BSNL as they failed to provide the service for more than a month. Since then my telephone line is also working sporadically. This can be verified from the complaints docket register. Presently, my line is dead since 5th May,2014. Repeated complaints, writing letters to the CGM, Calcutta Telphones, to the Central Ministry and talking to the Local Exchange Officials ( Hungerford Street- Mr. Prabhakar Reddy) failed to yield any result. This is total apathy on the part of a Service Provider when they are charging me the normal rental + other charges every month and I am paying the same regularly. This is extreme harassment to a Senior Citizen and fraud. BSNL should refund me the money they have collected and pay me compensation.
