Consumer Redressal

I have bought Whirlpool Magicool 1 ton AC from Vijay Sales, Mira Road (East) on 24th March 2013. However almost after a month i.e. on 28th April 2013, it has stopped working due to an indoor PCB unit defect. The same was taken for replacement by the service engineer from Whirlpool India on 1st May 2013. I was advised of a replacement due to a warranty within 15 days by Prachi from the service center. As of now I have neither received any replacement nor refund from the Mumbai Whirlpool Service Center. I have sent numerous emails to the company, but so far not received any satisfactory response from them. Please assist me in getting a replacement or refund from Whirlpool as it has caused me lot of mental distress.
