Consumer Redressal

I have online shoping from ebay.in site , buy a htc desire 526 G+ mobile in 8938/- but i hade found different item by cash on delivery . I have claim in ebay claim dpt but they are track claim and close . My claim id 1017389 . Paisa pay id : 3928980300 . Item id : 291466541 . They are not pick up item for my refund and telled me that you will reship item but what is guarrenty that if item hade lost/ damage or if any person track it/part tacke of this item in the way. They are note give me insurence and courrier charge then why i send item self risqck . I have many time talk with ebay costumer care and her Team manager but proper response not provide me Please helpe me sir. Regards Raseed Ahmad
