Consumer Redressal

I hired an electrician namely Mr. Ram Pravesh (Mobile No. 7838557768) on recommendation of one Mr. Awadhesh Kumar (Mobile No. 9811516538 for some electric wire repair of my house. On 14.06.2015 while he was repairing electricity of my house, he made some wrong connection leading to a fire in my house bursting most of the wires. I suffered a loss of approximately Rs. 30,000/-(Rs. thirty thousand). I also paid a sum of Rs. 2,000/- to him for repair. After fire due to short circuit, he requested me to come next day and get the things repaired. After his leaving my house, fire also broke out making complete black out of my house. I remained without water and electricity for whole night and next day. He switched off his mobile just after leaving my house and opened it only in the afternoon of 15.06.2015 and that too, he did not pick up my call after that. I request that he may be directed to make my losses good.
