Consumer Redressal

I purchased school management software on behalf of my school during march 2015. The company name Swastin Technologies pvt. Ltd, 12 A Camac Street, 2nd floor, Kolkata: 17. Phone: 9830142121, 9830227533, 3340056169. The service and work as per commitment from that software was not available since inception. I inform them several time but they fail to keep their service as per our requirement. In this regard Mr. sudipto happens to be one of the responsible person whom I contact several time. Now they have stopped receiving phone calls. In this regard I desperately need your help.
