Consumer Redressal

I executed an AMC with Mat-X company for servicing my Gas burner for the period 13/1/15-13/1/16 after paying Rs.600/-. But after doing once only on 13/1/15 they have stopped doing despite several phone calls to their helpline at 033 6452 2222. I feel cheated and harassed. and want redressal of it.
