Consumer Redressal

this is regarding airtel dth services wearing due to even a small drizzle the services go off the air. Now for the poor quality of dish and cable that are being used by airtel they will charge me to do the repairs and realignment. this is very very frustrating for a customer and probably I will have to even withdraw from airtel services. is there some way that airtel should be giving the services to the customers free as the fault is with their equipment
