I booked a flat with The SSGroup in the project The LEAF in 14 July 12 and made payments as below

10 Sept 12 Allotment Lettter
14 sept 12 on allotment 1,00,000
29 oct 12 45 day of allotment 8,50,800
15 jul 13 start construction 8,00,800
11 Sept 13 Buyers Agreement
21 july 14 Lower basement 8,50,800
The allotment letter was issued on 10 Sept 12 with an annexure . This letter in effect binds the two parties ie the FLAT BUYER and the DEVELOPER in an irrevocable contract with the obligation of the FLAT BUYER to make payments and the DEVELOPER to deliver the flat .
Then subsequently we received the FLAT BUYER AGREEMENT an expanded document with much of the clauses in the earlier document released with the allotment
