Consumer Redressal

Hi. I had bought an IPhone 5 from Rediffshopping .com in February 2015 for Rs. 24,000/- for it. I got the phone and started using it. However, in a few days there were problems. First facetime and Imessage stopped working. Then people could not hear what I was talking. I became inaudible. Then the touch screen stopped responding to touch. I took the phone to an authorised Apple service center in Sion and was informed that this phone should not have been sold to me. I was told that this phone has been withdrawn and should be with Apple. A replacement for this model has already been issued. They refused to touch the phone. Then I complained to rediff and explained them all this. Its been over two months and they have still not given any solution. I have stopped using the phone as it is of no use. I just want my money refunded now.
