I purchased a product online from whakky.com on 16 may 2015 and its order no is S80832087 Company claims its delivery in 10 business days but i receieved it on 03 June 2015 and i faced much mental stress regarding receieving it but it is not the end.the product i receieved is defective and not working.Please help me in this regard.
