Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased 24 month zero plan frm http://shop.rcom.co.in/on 27 may. by paying 18950 on site thru hdfc cc. but even after 16 days and numerous calls and 25+ emails they are neither activating the 24 month zero plan nor they are giving me my money back.my order id is HOCIEKTVN. Please mediate with reliance communication eshop and get my plan activated or my money back they just keep on giving me false assurances since last 16 days. Else I will have no option left and wil have to file a case in consumer forum against rcom eshop for the financial and mental harrassment meted out to me and for the time they have wasted. Thank you for all your help.
