Consumer Redressal

I have ordered (No.7990498) one electric kettle with Rediff online shopping,payment via. Credit card on 30-4-13. On 7-5-13 I got sms showing that item is delivered on 4-5-13 and first flight bill No.is br0250000 . I learnt from first flight that the booking was on 3-5-13 from Jaipur and the delivery was on 4-5-13 at Jaipur itself to one Mr. Chandu. I sent several emails at customersupport@rediff.co.in . Their replies are same to wait for another two days. Meantime I contacted toll free no. 1800-266-2333. They also reply the same thing. Kindly take action and help me either to get the item ordered or get refund.
