I have purchased Symphony Air cooler, Sr no.0716214336844 in month of April 2015. Cooler has 1 year warranty. On 09.05.2015, I registered complaint no.RA-JG-9F15011 for non working of pump and broken wheel. Even after repeated reminders noone came to attend complaint. On 09.06.2015 again I filed complaint no. RA-JG-8E15020 for same issue through customer care no. 793013011. Still no responce from manucturer received and issue is still unattended. Even after spending more money on branded cooler the poor aftersale service on warranted product has resulted spending whole summer season without cooler and this illness and mental stress of myself and family members.i want claim of Rs 1 lakh againt mental stress and sale of high priced poor quality product from Ms Symphony limited.
