Consumer Redressal

I had by mistake placed two orders for the same product on snapdeal.com in the month of January 2015 and upon contacting snapdeal I was told to accept the delivery of anyone product and refuse the delivery of the other one and the amount would be refunded back to my bank account within few business days although I have contacted snapdeal regarding this several time but no solution has been provided so far. The product name is Koxton TT Table - Leisure ordered on 20 January 2015 with order no. 4546666191 and bluedart tracking ID 57982467690. The tracking ID is also showing nothing. I feel like cheated by snapdeal. Please respond to this case at your earliest. Best Regards... Shahrukh Khan
