As informed on 10.06.2015 I had bought 2 ACs from Khosla Electronics Garia on 24 May 2015. One of which installed at 33A/1B, Charu Market, Tollygunge, Kolkata-700033 has stopped working completely.
Technicians have visited twice after inordinate delay and after calling them numerous times as well as Panasonic India a number of times but FAILED TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM.
Under the circumstances I requested Panasonic India to take away their defective product and install a new machine at my residence mentioned above. However till now no communication from their end.
Kindly note that I made a down payment of Rs.4500 and Rs.39625 is due (loan under Bajaj Finserv). My first installment is due from July 2015 onwards. I will not pay a single amount unless the defective machine is re-placed with a new machine.
