Consumer Redressal

I received a call from online shoppping site shopcruze.co.in on 2015-03-21. The sales agent advised me that they are promoting thier site and have come up with a promotional offers. If I do a purchase of rs.2999 on thier site, I may win a laptop or a diamond jewellery set, etc but only if I do a online payment. I did a payment online for rs.2999. You will find the payment copy at the end of the email and various emails of followups asking for the product or to refund the money. They once pickedup my phone and asked me to give the banking details so that they can initiate a refund and I did so. However, since then they niether reply on any of my emails sent to shopcruze@gmail.com as well as on info@shopcruze.co.in nor they pick up the call on thier customer care no.01204150648. I also warned them in my last email that if they do not refund my money, will file a complaint with the consumer court but they are not taking it seriously. It has now been two and half months now
