Consumer Redressal

I took a product & loan started with bajaj finance from sept 2014 & I completed the loan at march. Due to some reason I am paid in cash to the representative of bajaj finance. He told about overdues when I was pay the last emi in the month of march. I told him that "Is it possiable to reduce or not paying the overdue amount?". After a conversation he told me no need to pay overdue amount. But today I get a call from bajaj finance, they told me that they are making froad case against me in delhi court. I told them the details but they are not hear anything. Then I called the representative & ask him for details he told me that he already told that the overdue amount no need to pay. Please help me out. I have all phone call recorded as a evidence I can produce that. I feel mentally disturbed very much.
