Dear Sir, My name is Sukanta Mandal resident at Bally Howrah-711227,purchased an item through online (http://www.unitedbajajinfotech.com/) (Merchant Order ID: ddaa035d4bdce5756ca0)and pay the total amount of 14,499/- from my ICICI Credit Card by their payment Gateway services as PayUmoney (Pay ID: 42187756)(https://www.payumoney.com) on last 26th May 2015. Now its already 14 days left but the merchant / PayUMoney not delivered my product as well as return my money whereas my bank already claim the total. I try many a times to contact them but they did not response any. Already I submit a return request to PayUMoney (Pay ID:42187756 ) Service but they also not gave me any positive reply. In this scenario I need a help and request you to arrange return my money from merchant .
