Consumer Redressal

I ordered Voltas 182CY 1.5 Ton 2 Star Split AC from Flipkart online shopping site on 23/04/2015. Flipkart Service man's installed it on about 11/05/2015 and charged me 1065/- rupees. After that Ac did not work even for a second. Actually , The Flipkart sent me a defective AC which was not working. Then I called the Flipkart Customer service executive and he said me that they would replace it but would charge uninstallation and installation charges again.I have already paid 26,490/- for AC and 1065/- for installation. Now I am not in postion to pay a single more penny .Today it is 09-06-2015 and I ordered it on 23-04-2015 , I have not still got my AC working even after paying aroud 28000/- rupees. Even the summers are going to end. I also called the Voltas customer Service 1800 425 4555 . Their Customer Execuite is saying that they would charge 2200/- to repair it . I already said I cannot pay more money to repair it. I am helpless .Flipkart really robbed me.
