Consumer Redressal

I had booked an important document from Kolkata on 5th June by Blue Dart courier.I was assured that it will delivered positively next day ie 6th June.But it was not delivered. When I tracked the status where it shows that till 6th it was at Kolkata only. I sent a mail to their Kolkata office but they did not bother to reply even. Mu purpose of sending document for prompt delivery even after paying 400% extra is defeated. I therefore request you to teach Blue Dart a lesson so that they stop taking such huge sum by giving false commitment. Regards Soumendu Ghosh
