I ordered for afrojack loafers 6100shoes order id: OD302553683420544200
from FLIPKART on 10/04/2015 But the co. sent me unbranded( there is no brand
name in the items) and unmatched(small size)products as mentioned in
FLIPKART site.I sent mail for replacement by new and original branded items.
Again they sent me again unbranded unmatched ones on 25/04/2015 In the
mean time I was out of station for my treatment and I again sent mail demanding
money back on 28/05/2015 earlier in spite of repeated sms sent to know if the
products were original or not but no reply came.After demanding for money back
they reverted me for more than5-6 times assuring and reassuring me of resolving
the problem at the earliest.But they made bluff stament repeatedly.The co.
commited to resolve the issue by 1/06/2015 by 9 pm but failed then took time to
solve the same by 3/06/15 but failed lastly they reassured me of solving by
8/06/15 by 2 pm one more time they despaired meI can't use
