Consumer Redressal

I am regular shopper via my Bankof Baroda Visa Credit card.On 07-06-2015, I produced my credit card to the shopkeeper of NEW PAUL BHAI STORES, for purchase of a dress material of Rs.375. The following details of the purchase are given below: POS machine: ICICI BANK Machine ID: 470000050096736 date of purchase: 07/06/2015 time:19:37:13 TID: 17811343 INVOICE NO. 000040 Batch no.002279 Details of the shop: NEW PAUL BHAI STORES, 38A, B P DE STREET,SREERAMPUR,HOOGHLY,WEST BENGAL Ph# 2662-5979 The shopkeeper notes down the last four digits of my card number in the bill which he retains a carbon copy. When I approach him that he has no right to note down my card credentials in the bill by hand, he says he does that regularly and no one can stop him. He misbehaves and also says that he does that to avoid fraud of Credit cards. I do not understand who has given authority to them to write down card credentials from the card.Please look into the matter as this may result into fraud
