I had ordered Samsung mobile on 30-May-2015 on PAYTM ( Order No.: 996547877 )and till date there is no update on shipment. made payment of 19000/- though credit card on 30-May. I am following with them from last 6-7 days but not getting proper response. My oder was scheduled to deliever on 5-Jun-15 but not got the same on time and they are not committing any date also. need your help.
