Consumer Redressal

y friend sammanita from delhi has sent me a lipstick worth 1750 via dtdc courier on wednesday 3/6/15.i have received the parcel today6/6/15 around 12pm when i unwrapped the parcel i saw my lipstick was missing.i was trying to contact dtdc through customer care but their number is switched off.my friend samannita had a word with dtdc noida but they are not ready to take any responsibility for my loss.what i am suppose to do now? please help....
