Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/ Mam, I am Bharat Gas Consumer and I (LPG ID No 1 0000 0000 5443 3501) have submitted bank details to distributer (BRIGADE GAS AGENCY NEW DELHI) for DBTL. As per their data base I am eligible to get subsidy. However, I could not get any subsidy and advance subsidy amount in my account. On accessing my BPCL account it is showing that due to non availability of such account amount could not be transferred to me. Hence you are requested to rectify the details at earliest.
