Consumer Redressal

I purchased the whirpool washing machine XL-A-72H in Nov 2011 which has rated 2 yrs of warranty. The machine stopped working on 11th May 2013. I logged the complain, and the engineer came on 13th to visit, and said the motor is faulty, and we don\'t have motors in stock after 8 days conitnous chasing them the motor was arranged, but still the problem is not fixed. Now they are asking money to replace the product. When it is in guarantee period, for what reasons do I pay.
