Vodafone has changed existing Bill Plan of 199 to Plan of 249 without any written consent from me. E-mail wriiten to appellate.kol@vodafone.com but with no result. Vodafone has risen the bill amount by doing so&when asked for the copy of the application form with terms&condition, denied to produce the same. I want the reversal of all my payments and compensation for the harrasment
