Consumer Redressal

I bought a Calling Tablet Data Wind 7C Plus from naaptol. When i called up customer care executive to place n order he told me so many attractive features. Like 8 mega pixel camera etc. But when i received a product the camera quality is very very bad and the product is faulty as well. The speakers of tablet is not working properly. I logged in complain and ask naaptol to take the product back and refund my money. They refused and told me that please talk to the data wind company for manufacturing defect.
