i am using idea sim 9086787520.. i recharged by no with 2g monthly pack 198 ...then after 2-3 days i needed 3g ..so i made a small 3g recharge... whent the 3g pack ended ..idea also lapsed my 2g pack ...now when i call their cce they says it is our company policy ...u should have called us 1st before recharging...now what shall i do now
