I have purchased an AC model No.AR-18JV5HATQNNA from Great Eastern Trading Co,Santraghachi on 25.05.15 and somehow got belatedly installed by the Co. people on 02.06.15 while the installer failed to start the AC and opined that the system is defective.The service engineer visits on 03.06.15 but could not make it to function and reported the P.C.B was defective.Please see that the entire set of AC is replaced by a new one failing which may compel me to initiate appropriate measures
